The mix of high-quality electrolytes - sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium - replace those lost in sweat, with the exact profile mimicking perspiration, and helping to prevent cramping and muscle weakness.
A sachet is simply mixed with water and ready to use, and all ingredients are vegan-friendly, gentle on the stomach and pH balanced, containing no colours or preservatives. There are two flavours available, one containing just electrolytes, and one including 50mg of caffeine for a mental boost and to reduce perceived effort.
