The Science

Nomio Performance Shots harness the power of naturally occurring isothiocyanates (ITCs) – potent plant compounds derived from cruciferous vegetables – in a highly bioavailable formula backed by over a decade of scientific research. Each shot delivers the equivalent ITC content of around 2.5–3kg of raw broccoli and is designed to be taken three hours before your toughest training sessions or races.

Storage:
