Made for the bitterest of winter days, the Castelli Cold Days 2nd Layer Base Layer is an additional layer to sit between a wicking base layer and your winter jacket or jersey, offering exceptionally cosy insulation in a lightweight package.

Made from high-performance Polartec® Alpha® 90 insulation, this base layer delivers impressive warmth with minimal bulk while remaining highly breathable, trapping heat when needed and letting it escape when not. It's also quick to dry, making it ideal for rides where sweat levels vary wildly according to how hard you're working. A high collar keeps out the bite of cold draughts while the short zipper gives you airflow control when needed.
