The DT Swiss ARC 1100 DICUT WTS 65 Carbon Wheelset represents the third generation of cutting-edge racing wheels, proven at the highest levels of professional road and triathlon competition. Both wheels use fully proprietary carbon rims developed with the Aero research team at Swiss Side and extensively tested at the GST wind tunnel in Germany.

DT Swiss ARC Rim Design and Construction

Both front and rear rims feature a 22 mm internal width optimised for 28-30 mm tyres in a hybrid V-shape that allows deeper rims while maintaining superior crosswind stability. DT's in-house carbon manufacturing ensures a refined lay-up and perfect 'out of the mold' finish. Every rim is internally scanned to verify each layer of carbon, resulting in significant weight savings over the previous generation.

DICUT Hub and Spokes

The wheelset uses DICUT 180 hubs with 36-tooth Ratchet EXP and SiNC ceramic bearings, providing lightweight, simple, and low-drag hubs that are as reliable and serviceable as the legendary 240. Premium Aerolite II spokes developed in collaboration with Swiss Side further enhance rotational efficiency for maximum performance.
