The DT Swiss ARC 1100 DICUT 55 Carbon Rear Wheel continues the line’s legacy of performance at the highest levels of professional road and triathlon racing. Made in DT's European facility, it uses a fully proprietary carbon rim developed with Swiss Side and tested at the GST wind tunnel in Germany.

DT Swiss ARC Rim Design and Construction

The rear rim features a 22 mm internal width optimised for 28-30 mm tyres in a hybrid V-shape that allows deeper rims while providing improved crosswind stability. DT’s in-house carbon manufacturing advances create a refined lay-up and perfect 'out of the mold' finish. Each rim is internally scanned to check every layer of carbon prior to assembly, producing a lighter, stronger wheel than previous generations.

DT Swiss ARC DICUT Hub and Spokes

The rear wheel features a DICUT 180 hub with 36-tooth Ratchet EXP and SiNC ceramic bearings, providing a low-drag, lightweight hub that is reliable and easy to service. Premium Aerolite II spokes developed with DT and Swiss Side reduce rotational drag for maximum performance.
